SIGNING UP:
At least 8 PEOPLE are needed for ONE Contest. 4 will advance to the next round while the other 4 are eliminated.Anyways, me, the Admin, or a Mod will post a Forum randomly in this specific Category. Spots are limited so be sure to check often. On the Sign Up post, state the character you'll be using and their Name and Pokemon. (A link to their approved Application will also work.) Then you're done! The Admin/Mod will take note and edit the post to make sure you're accounted for!
CONTEST RULES:
There are 2 rounds to a Pokemon Contest. ROUND ONE: In this round, you will show off your Pokemon's appeal and beauty (Judges will be played an Admin, Mod, or Volunteer) Using different combinations of moves to create a dazzling effect of some sort is a great way to earn appeal points, obviously. Appeal points will be shown likes this, #/10. The maximum points a judge can give is 10!!! After each contestant has gone, the judges will tally up the points. The top 4 will advance to the next round, while the other 4 will get disqualified and have to try again in another Contest. ROUND TWO: In this round, you will battle it out with your fellow rivals while also making sure your Pokemon is showing off appeal.
Each contestant will start off with 100 Points at the beginning of the Battle.
---Loosing Points---
- Getting hit by an attack
- Your Pokemon's attack fails
- Opponent's Pokemon dodges your attack
- Opponent's Pokemon uses your move to its advantage
The contestant with the most points in the end wins. If your Pokemon is defeated in battle before time is up, then your opponent wins. If you loose all points before time is up, then your opponent wins. Vice versa.
JUDGES, IF I FIND YOU ARE BEING UNFAIR THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE A WARNING. A SECOND TIME RESULTS IN A TEMPORARY BAN FROM CONTESTS. THIRD TIME IS PERMANENT BAN FROM ALL CONTESTS.
